Shelby has been adopted!
Shelby is a Golden Labrador that was born in March of 2008.
Her previous owners lost track of how long they had kept her downstairs in a basement laying in her own filth. She was on the brink of death from a high fever, skin infection, and malnutrition.
Everything changed for Shelby on her 5th birthday. Her angel arrived in human form. We are so thankful that Shelby had a voice…that her angel did not walk away. She approached Liz and Making A Difference Rescue to please save this little girl.
Life will forever be changed for Shelby.
Shelby has done well with kids and other dogs. She will need to relearn her indoor skills and is getting used to being walked. She is a very sweet dog.
